You:

• - are great with applications like Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator;
• - are interested in new technology like HTML5 and CSS3;
• - have great disposition towards usability, accessibillity and W3C-standards;
• - and XHTML and CSS are your best friends and you understand each other completely;
• - have a convincing, creative, and proactive personality;
• - got humour;
• - got an portfolio (basically to show us stuff what you've made).

(Basic PHP knowledge is an advantage)
